Company accepts unsecured debts over $1,000 for Program, any individual unsecured debts under $1,000 will
be accepted on a case-by-case basis after review by Company. For each unsecured debt enrolled in program greater than $1,000, Company guarantees that settlement
agreements regarding any enrolled debt will provide for a discount of at least twelve percent (12%) of the original amount balance at time of enrollment. In the event
that the Client accepts and funds a settlement offer of an enrolled debt that does not provide a discount of at least 12% of the original balance at time of enrollment,
upon written request and within 30 days of the actual debt settlement by Client, the Company shall refund client the difference between the 12% of the original balance of the
enrolled debt and the actual discount received by Client.
