Company accepts unsecured debts over $1,000 for Program, any individual unsecured debts under $1,000 will
be accepted on a case-by-case basis after review by Company. For each unsecured debt enrolled in program greater than $1,000, Company guarantees that settlement
agreements regarding any enrolled debt will provide for a discount of at least twelve percent (12%) of the original amount balance at time of enrollment. In the event
that the Client accepts and funds a settlement offer of an enrolled debt that does not provide a discount of at least 12% of the original balance at time of enrollment,
upon written request and within 30 days of the actual settlement by Client, the Company shall refund client the difference between the 12% of the original balance of the
enrolled debt and the actual discount received by Client.
